Προσθέστε το κρεμμύδι, το σκόρδο και την πιπεριά και μαγειρέψτε για 3-4 λεπτά. 2. Προσθέστε τα φασόλια, τα φύλλα δάφνης, το κύμινο, τη ρίγανη, τον κόλιαντρο (προαιρετικά), το ξύδι από κόκκινο κρασί, το νερό, αλάτι και μαύρο πιπέρι και αφήστε τα να βράσουν. 3.
